Any Coach who will be in contact with the children who are registered for the Hummelstown Baseball Softball Association (HBSA) MUST complete and successfully pass a background check/screening for criminal and sexual offenses. A successful background check/screening MUST be completed.  Failure to do so will result in you being excluded from coaching in the Hummelstown Baseball Softball Association.

 Please note: Clearances can take up to several weeks to process. Clearances are only valid for 5 years.
Volunteer clearances are free of cost.
